It often doesn't require a large number of people to deliver a great event - it simply takes two very organized and highly motivated people who can lead a team, to deliver a great event.

Eila Zay and Angela Wetherbee form the backbone of Administraré. Their alliance and leadership has consistently lead dozens of clients to trust in their abilities to keep events on target.

Founders

Eila Zay

With over two decades of meeting management and association management experience, Ms. Zay provides significant expertise in not only meeting and convention planning but also in company administration and staff management. She currently serves as the Executive Director to a national vascular society. Ms. Zay has worked closely with several national and international medical societies. She has championed many creative projects and programs thereby promoting society financial viability. With a proven track record in overseeing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary meeting projects on budget and on time, she also possesses exemplary site negotiation skills, creative logistics, exhibit marketing and sales expertise and fundraising experience. Ms. Zay serves as CME manager for Administrare's self-accredited clients to ensure compliance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education guidelines. Her experience includes five years as the Director of Meetings at PR/RI, five years as an executive director of a direct marketing association and nine years experience in hospital settings.

Angela Wetherbee

With a background in the hospitality industry, Ms. Wetherbee ascended from meeting coordinator, supporting three meeting planners responsible for approximately twenty meetings annually, to meeting manager. She has worked every role in meeting planning; registration, exhibits, marketing, management, operation, and execution. She has handled as many as six major meetings per year ranging in size from 200 to 2,000 attendees. Her responsibilities include coordinating all program content areas, promotional campaigns, speaker support, social events, and all aspects of on-site logistical management. Ms. Wetherbee consistently operates her meetings to successful conclusion on time, and within budget. She has created strategies to research, increase, and solicit funds for several meetings and associations and developed strong relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Ms. Wetherbee will serve as Director of Administration. Her computer knowledge, office administration experience, accounting skills and effective leadership techniques provide a professional office of record for each client.
